Our guarantee.In full.
Research done properly. Meetings held, or replaced. Here is exactly what that means.
The market study
The targets in your contract: the number of buyer conversations and the number of buyers committed to attend, agreed before we start and sized to your market. Two dedicated people, a day with you first, and a summary of every conversation.
Permission, always
Buyers are told who funded the research only at the end of their conversation, and their details are shared only if they agree. Calls are recorded only with permission, and you see summaries, not recordings.
If the conference doesn’t go ahead
We decide by the end of month three. If the buyers aren’t there, there’s no conference, and you keep every lead, info pack, meeting and the state of the market report. Every buyer hears from us within three months of their call.
Meetings at the conference
The number of meetings agreed in your contract, held at your conference. You choose the number when you book. Each partner you bring has their own number, guaranteed the same way.
What counts as a meeting
A scheduled one-to-one, of the length agreed in your brief, with a buyer who matches the profile you approved before invitations went out.
If a buyer doesn’t turn up
We replace the meeting with another buyer who matches your profile, at the conference where we can, or afterwards within a time agreed in your contract. A no-show is replaced, not written off.
Buyers are protected too
No buyer has more than six meetings, and they choose who they meet. That is why they turn up, and why they arrive wanting the conversation.
What we ask of you
Approve the buyer profile, confirm your meeting schedule two weeks before, and be there for your meetings.
After the conference
We book the second meetings and send you a pipeline report at 90 days: who you met, what moved, and what came of it.
In writing
Your contract sets out the full terms, including exactly what happens if we fall short. These pages summarise it in plain English.
